halas, too soon
we kiss without knowing that was it, halas, too soon.
I try and sear the silhouettes in my mind, the way that they are cut-out shades of grey, layored paper mountains underline the sky, I never want to forget them. I take an inventory of my senses in this moment, of you lying there in the morning glow we kiss without knowing that was it, halas, too soon. all we had to be was nice for one more day... and I wish I hadn't said those things, I am sorry.
